Dawn Bernsley
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Dawn Bernsley is a co-founder of Omnium Group. As Managing Partner, she is responsible for Omnium’s overall business strategy by focusing on strategic partnership development, sales and marketing.

Prior to Omnium, Dawn spent over 15 years in the entertainment and media industry. Most recently, she was responsible for project managing the rollout of NBC Universal’s first wholly-owned digital-out-of-home network, NBC In Transit, for PATH, the train system managed by The Port Authority of New York/New Jersey.

Before working for NBC, Dawn served as Vice President of Client Services at Hallmark Entertainment where she directed the company’s client services operations and managed multi-million dollar television co-production and distribution deals with major television and cable networks in the US and Canada. During her tenure at Hallmark, Dawn supervised film acquisition deals which resulted in The Hallmark Channel becoming a top 10-rated channel and the fastest-growing cable network in the US. Dawn has also held sales management and program acquisition positions with Devillier Donegan Enterprises, an international development and distribution company specializing in nonfiction television, and she has served as a strategy and marketing consultant for a number of digital media companies, including the Interactive Media Awards.

Dawn graduated cum laude with a BA in Government and Economics from Smith College. She earned an MS from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and graduated with The Karl F. Landegger Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy.

Jeffrey Greenman
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Jeffrey Greenman is a co-founder of Omnium Group. As a Managing Partner, he is responsible for overall business strategy, focusing upon the identification and development of innovative technology, engineering, infrastructure, product organization, application management and enterprise solutions.

Jeffrey began programming at the age of 13. By 15, he had formulated a startup, Star Point Technologies, through which he developed content management systems, ecommerce platforms and learning management solutions. At 22, he served as the Developer of Advertising Technology on video, display and text ad platforms for FOXNews.com and FOXBusiness.com, which delivered close to 2 billion impressions. At FOX, he was the technical lead responsible for the vetting and selection of ad technologies, video systems, CMS, analytics engines and innovative technology. Additionally, he has developed proprietary algorithms on behalf of senior management for aggregation, ranking, searching, inventory optimization, financial modeling and content allocation.

Over the past eight years, Jeffrey has advised top VCs , including Battery Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners and Higg Ventures. Additionally, he has consulted for startups, financial securities companies, universities and private equity firms in numerous spheres in the energy, advertising, video, infrastructure, and financial industries. Examples of the work he has done in these industries include assisting with Nitonol applications, energy efficiency technologies, search engine algorithms, natural language processing models, financial trading systems, video game engines, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and optical recognition technology.

Jeffrey Greenman received his BA in Computer Science and Judaic Studies from the Hebrew Theological College. Jeffrey was one of the youngest members of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and has served on the IAB Rich Media Task Force and Sponsorship
